NEIECC is proud to introduce Tri-Share+, a groundbreaking program designed to provide more affordable care for employees in Northeast Indiana (including the counties of Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Huntington, Kosciusko, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, Wabash, Wells, and Whitley). With Tri-Share+, employers have the opportunity to split the cost of care three ways between economic development grant funds, the parent, and themselves. This innovative approach not only benefits employers by reducing their financial burden but also supports childcare providers in delivering high-quality services. By partnering with NEIECC and implementing Tri-Share+, employers can ensure that their employees have access to reliable and affordable childcare options, ultimately enhancing employee satisfaction and productivity.
