Co-Share

Co-Share creates child care affordability for families by employer investment. The cost of care is split between the employer and the family. The benefits will vary by employer, as they have the flexibility to craft the program to work for their company and employees. Regardless of employer parameters, parent choice is a critical feature of this program, and parents can choose to participate when their care is with any licensed, regulated or school based child care provider.

Application Process

If you are an employee of BraunAbility, Color Master, Pulaski Memorial Hospital, or Sauder Manufacturing, reach out to your HR department to find out if they are currently accepting applications. Application links are only available through participating employers.
