Tri-Share+ for Employers

Investing in child care is investing in your workforce and local economy. With Tri-Share+, you can direcly support the child care costs of your employees, and see a direct return on your investment that includes decreased turnover, increased employee retention, and an added benefit when it's time to recruit. Tri-Share+Tri-Share+ is an employer benefit that splits the cost of early care and education between the employer, parent, and grant funds from the Northeast Indiana Strategic Development Commission. It is administered by the Northeast Indiana Early Childhood Coalition (NEIECC). Tri-Share+is available to employers in the eleven counties of Northeast Indiana, including Adams, Allen, Dekalb, Huntington, Kosicusko, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, Wabash, Wells, and Whiltley.
